Thanks Judith, that's a good article. I thought there were some rather
telling parts, like referring to the " IAF attacked Gaza targets this
week and the IDF killed a Palestinian teenager during a scuffle" as
"innocuous events", but there was a lot of good stuff in there as
well.

One part I noted with interest was the author's claim that the only
way a peace accord with come through is with a Right-wing Israeli
government in power because Israeli's don't trust the Left on security
matters. Given the strongly anti-Palestine views of the Likud and
other strong-security Right parties, I just can't see how they are
going to bring about a successful peace accord.

Still, excellent points on Netanyahu needing to articulate his vision
and Fatah needing to elect a stronger leader.  Some thoughts to
digest.
