I would even say the despicable free speech zones are a precedent for doing
something like this.  I also think that as long as the language is precise
and contained to this specific example, that it really isn't because we
already have examples of very narrow limitation on freedom of speech.

If the political conventions can have free speech zones for
protesters, funeral homes and cemeteries should be able to have zones
too. Frankly, I'm not keen on either.
I thought all of the US was free speech zone.
I hate Phelps with a fiery passion, but shutting him up is a dangerous
precedent.
