Yes, there's that whole deal with the paparazzi, and nudists, as far
as the public sector goes.

I was thinking it related to privacy in a more concrete way than
saying "privacy", though.  "Unlawful *search* or seizure".

Like we have a enumerated right to not be searched.  Maybe it's
illegal for the government to google us!  :)p

Only sofar as you can keep secrets to yourself (sorta... self
incrimination isn't quite the same, but sorta kinda related)...
