Big Bang as we know it: The universe started from nothing. There was an explosion and in 1/10000 of a second it had already expanded to thousnds of light years.
Biblical account: God said let there be light and there was. Why do people think those are incompatible? Seriously? The Big Bang sound like someone flipping on a light switch to me. As for evolution vs. creationism...Well they aren't exactly incompatible either, depending on your view of creationism. Given that random chance evolution has been disproven a couple of times over (irreducible complexity, look it up before you flame) the only remaining possibility is some sort of intelligent designer. That doesn't neccesarily mean that said designer didn't use evolution to get to us. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Want to reach the ColdFusion community with something they want?
