What you are suggesting they meant, is not what was said.

This is around 4 Minutes into the Clip where John introduces the Fox
news excerpt.

Newt Gingrich: "If there were a biological attack, which killed over a
million americans, is this President really saying we would not
retaliate?"
Hannity: "Yes! Yes that's what he said!"
Newt: "What is it we would do?"
Hannity:"Wait a minute, but that's what...that's what he said *
emphatically* Am I to ,I mean.."
Newt:"No no...I agree.That's what he said."

What clip are you watching that has this play out completely differently, Sam?

This is all I'm talking about. Not the actual policy, or for a
breakdown of whether it makes the US safer/unsafe.

Just the issue of the wilful misrepresentation-I call it Lieing-that
was displayed here.
You have not refuted that the above statements misrepresent what is
stated in the US Policy.
