Erm, no. There are plenty of LEGAL immigrants willing to do those kinds of
jobs. Even if there weren't, there are plenty of high school kids/dropouts
running around who are willing to work for minimum wage because it's all they
can get.

Actually, the truth is that if you get rid of illegal immigrants you'll HELP
the economy. Massively. Illegal immigrants (at least the ones in this area) not
only tend to get social services that they're not entitle to but they tend to
send the bulk of the money they make to their families outside of the US.
That's a drain on the economy to if you get enough people doing it.

Here's the thing the left wing doesn't seem to get about dealing with illegal
immigration: Passing laws to crack down on illegal immigrants is NOT racist.
You don't have to hate Mexicans to think that the number of them wading across
the Rio Grande is a problem that needs to be dealt with. Personally, I have no
problem with Mexicans or any other race, but I think we SERIOUSLY need to do
something to deal with the illegal immigration problem we have in this country.
Basically my view on it is get here legally or get the freck out. I've even
heard legal immigrants from Mexico express that sentiment.
