By my reading, and a quick check with mom, services and time cannot be written off, but products and goods can.
Obviously, you will need to get a receipt from her for any goods. My mom is looking for you to see if a "website" can be a product. Of course, any out-of-pocket expenses can be donated and written off federal taxes. State rules are all over the place, and don't know them for where you are. No help yet, but may have an answer in an hour or so.
