I agree that speech can cause violence, but I think the fact that the judge instructed the jury to consider "the history of violence in the anti-abortion movement.", and not just these particular defendants past history (which was probably bad enough in the first place...). I don't think someone should be punished for crimes others have committed, even if they helped incite them indirectly. That's a slippery slope if there ever was one...
