Mura (http://www.getmura.com) will give you the CMS and blog. Its very easy to work with and the people at Blueriver do an excellent job of community support.
I also think there is a plug in for it that gives you a shopping cart system, but I could be wrong about that. But its really easy integrating apps into Mura. You may want to check with some of the currently available cf based shopping cart systems to see if they have anything that works with Mura.
