Mura (http://www.getmura.com) will give you the CMS and blog. I also think there is a plug in for it that gives you a shopping cart system, but I could be wrong about that. But its really easy integrating apps into Mura. You may want to check with some of the currently available cf based shopping cart systems to see if they have a Mura plugin.
