I consider divorce to be a Bad Thing. Even if the purpose for marriage has 
changed I don't believe it should ever become something you just throw away 
when it starts to get inconvienent. It's supposed to be forever, kids and plows 
or not.

That said, I like that idea. My wife and I were required to jump through 
significantly more hoops than most couples because our pastor insisted on it. 
Making something like that mandatory across the board could help a lot.
