Taking over a company and taking over disaster relief are not the same. The admin already claims it's running things and BP is working for them. The complaint, I imagine, would be to do everything possible to stop the leak and the spread. I don't hear much about the US helping, just watching. But I haven't been keeping up. I have heard it referred to as Obama's Katrina.
