I would understand if all they were calling for was disaster relief,
but that's not the case.  They are demanding that the government take
over the repair from BP.   In fact, BP is required by law to fix the
leak because of legislation passed in the aftermath of the Exxon
Valdez.  So should the government take over the repair?
