I actually noticed the exact same thing about the Ghana coach. It's quite
possible that he IS vexed. Think about it. They were gifted with a goal and
a one man advantage and didn't score in the regular run of play. I forget
the guys name, but the Ghanian penalty scorer rung the post twice. With a
one man advantage you really need to be getting goals. Instead there were a
number of Serbian attacks that came through despite being only ten men. It's
a win sure, but it's anything but decisive.
