#1) That is clear cut assault. Grabbing the kid's wrist was bad enough, but grabbing the back of his neck like that was over the edge. No resonable jury would let him off of that charge if the kid decided to push it. Then again Congress has given themselves a lot of insulation (not quite immunity) from the law. Just the same I'd push the charge and see where it went.
#2) "I have a right to know who you are" Right. My response would have been "No sir, you don't and I suggest you get your hands off me." I don't know this guy's politics, but he exemplifies a lot of the things I hate about Congress in that video.
