General Officers should be the example, not the exception and with a few exceptions some warranted and some not, this has been the case throughout history. Patton being the notable exception on a good General who was pretty insubordinate in a good way and MacArthur being a good general who was insubordinate in a bad way...even if in the end he was right hehehe
