Sage advice. Mixed medley and tight tighty whities it is! One thing the docs have been clear about is how long it takes after the procedure. Guess a lot of folks start shagging too early.
I've never really had any nut work done tho, nor even a prostate exam, so this is a whole new medical realm for me. Closest thing before was coughing while the doc held my jewels.
