Neither side is in the least measure honest or objective. Most who
advocate the end of welfare simply feel that it's not the government's
place to run what amounts to a charity that we're all required to donate
to by law (and they have a point). Most who say we need Medicare simply
feel that the government has an obligation to help take care of those
who can't take care of themselves (and they have a point).

Personally I think the sensationalism and name calling on both sides is
a bigger danger to our society than the issue itself.

Once you start seeing Corporations as Individuals your society is on the
way
to implosion.

Corporations , if they are individuals, are all psychopathic,
schizophrenic
sociopaths.

Those who oppose the end of Medicare and Social Welfare are not phrasing
their opposition in such sensational terms. But they should be, because
those on the other side spare no thought to sensationalism, and outright
lies to support their positions.
