Where did I state it was a good or bad thing? I was commenting on how it was a myth and that there are cycles of migration in urban areas and I cited and example of this in the Chicago area...an actual historical event and one that has happened several times in Chicago's history and continues to this day. That is a historical fact, not the ignorance you obviously have Cameron.

You are effectively substituting the word "rich" for "white" and the word "poor" for "black".
