Homesite+? I lost homesite on my last machine upgrade, and switched to eclipse per company policy, but really miss the smooth operation.
(Eclipse still dies on my a couple of times a week, I have to erase my workbench, and when I do, I lose all RDS settings). I have been using notepad++ lately as a text editor/note taker/scratch pad, since eclipse fails at that task. Eclipse rocks for php dev, especially from svn repos, but for cf it is like big boxy clunky shoes in a foot race. And for just plain HTML, it doesnt help much at all. (But, I am a codger when it comes to editors. Change does not come easy. I still miss Brief, and the Turbo Pascal editor) On Tue, Jul 13, 2010 at 10:08 AM, Tony <[email protected]> wrote: > > ok, so momma (the 64yr old html wiz that she is and has been doing it > for OVER 16 years now! props to the mother!) > has upgraded her machine and is now in 64 bit land ;) so, what can i > point her to for her html editing? she's a diehard on notepad, > and uses homesite as well... but wants to upgrade... im not going to > get her into eclipse or cfbuilder, she's just an html head... > ideas? > > thanks! > tw > > ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology-Michael-Dinowitz/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:322942 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
