I'm not so sure about that.  Have you seen xRefresh or LiveReload.  Great
for dual monitor setups.  Open a browser on one screen.  Open a text editor
on the other screen.  Make your mods and watch as the changes are reflected
live in the browser.  Blows any wysiwyg browser out of the water.
