"So basically Prop C is a wanton waste of money by an ideologically driven
right wing. "

It's ironic that you would say something is pushed forward by an
ideologically driven right wing. Have you looked in the White House? Did
you even pay attention when they passed health care deform against
overwhelming public opposition? The continued attempt to push the unpopular
cap and tax. The political appointees who are a who's who in the
progressive movement of the 21st century?

"Nice to see that the right is following its typical pattern, waste a lot of
taxpayer money on ideological fripperies."

That would mean a lot more if the left didn't do it. Just consider the Andy
Griffith kumbaya commercial for Health Care Deform.

I don't know what the future holds for Prop C; if it will hold or be
overturned. I do know it is ignorant or deceptive to say it's not
important. To carry 71% of the vote required a significant amount of
independent and democrat voters. It shows that the winds have shifted.

power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny -
