When it turns someone suicidal after decades on the job, giving 100% of
themselves, and it's proven company wide that they are trying to push out
the old timers and make them quit ... then YEAH. There should be some sort
of legislation or bill in place to prevent it.

When it sends them into therapy to deal with even living and day to day
activities and they are only in their 40's, then YEAH, something needs to be
done.

How that is done? I don't know, you answer the question.

I'm not a lawyer. Nor am I a politician. Or a coordinator. OR a human rights
advocate.

The US Government has come up with plans for other ridiculous stupid crap

Why not figure out how to protect the fricking workers in the workplace.
