Wouldn't an internet survey sorta leave out a lot of folks? Like telephone surveys that don't sample people who only have a cell phone? ;) Privacy isn't on there, and it seems like they'd be against amending the Constitution to spell it out. But I'd hazard a guess, judging by the folks supporting The Contract, that they'd be willing to amend it to spell out marriage.
