The his/her constituents didn't want Obamacare. That's why they rammed
it through before a break so they didn't have to face his/her
constituents before the vote.

You basically said: They voted for me to do what ever I want. That's
not how it's supposed to work.

You said they were back to pre-Bush levels. Then you said they were at
last years levels. It's the writing that off. My question was what was
it when Obama took office since pre-Bush is a little vague.
