But I stopped doing that, for this reason: I think people who do a good job should be allowed to keep doing that job, if they so choose, until such time as they are no longer doing a good job. Longevity in a position isn't really a problem, if hte person in the position is doing a great job. So now I try to research, but if I don't know about a person, I'll abstain instead of voting them out. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:330877 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
