No, i am comparing apples and apples, because you used the word "sacred".
Sacred is an emotionally subjective term. The only reason you feel that a
family has a right to grieve in private is because you feel this right is
"sacred". There is nothing in the legalese that guarantees this right. You
are making an emotional argument based on your beliefs....your belief that
this action is "sacred".
