Lord no.  Unlike the ACLU, I am completely for the constitution.

Let's examine Charles
Rust-Tierny<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Rust-Tierney>,
a former ACLU executive, who argued against internet filters for library
computers when the ACLU was fighting the Children's Internet Protect Act.
 He argued that limiting children's access to porn at the library would
hinder their ability to learn and communicate.  Seriously, he argued that.
 Anyway, he got arrested for possession of child porn.  Wonder if he was
concerned about the human rights of those children in the videos he was
watching.  He's serving a seven year sentence now.  Maybe we should call
Amnesty International.

Or let's look at Barry Lynn, legislative counsel for the ACLU.  In the
1980's he told the AG commission on Pornography the child pornography was
protected by the constitution.  He argued later that requiring porn
producers to maintain records about the age of their performers was
impermissible.

As for the Constitution, the ACLU selectively does defend parts.  Then,
there are the parts they choose not to defend.  You know, like its assault
on religion, specifically Christianity.  In the eyes of the ACLU, the
government or anyone acting in a public capacity must avoid practicing,
teaching, or supporting religious or moral views of any kind.

Kind of contradicts the Confederation Congress that said:  Religion,
morality, and knowledge, being necessary to good government and the
happiness of mankind, schools and the means of education shall forever be
encouraged.

I'll concede that the Confederation Congress was not the Constitution
Congress.  However, of the 55 delegates in the Constitutional Congress, it
looks like about 45 attended the Confederation Congress.  In terms of
attendees of both, it looks like it was about a 90+% correspondence.

No doubt, the founding fathers did not want an established state religion.
 However, they did not want it shut out of public life or to keep people
from speaking about it, which the ACLU does.
