Assuming it was done by Israel then it's an act of war, not of
terrorism. Terrorism is an attack on a countries civilian population
with a defining goal of fomenting terror. It makes the common man
doubt the protection afforded by the powers that be (government,
police, army, etc.). Stuxnet is not a tool of terror, it's a tool of
war.

IF it was Israel then it's just another salvo in the war that has been
waging between the two countries for years now. Personally, I'm happy
that the virus was used rather than a physical attack such as an
airstrike. According to Wikileaks, Arab governments had asked the US
for that solution.

Thank you Wikileaks for letting us know what Iran's neighbors are thinking.
