My ideal to the issue... Team A, B, C and D. Each team has to people.
Team A works from 7am to 7pm S, M, T Team B works from 7pm to 7am S, M, T Team C works from 7am to 7pm Th, F, Sa Team D work from 7pm to 7am Th, F, Sa All teams will work their shift on alternating Wednesdays. This allows all employees to at least enjoy part of a weekend and employees get 4 days off every other week. Although it will be 84 hours every two week, they get paid for 80. Bet you the employees would not mind that if they get a 4 day weekend every other day. Hire another person if needed from M to F from 9am to 5pm -----Original Message----- From: Medic [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Monday, December 20, 2010 7:23 AM To: cf-community Subject: Re: Staff Scheduling Program/Algorithm I actually don't know if it's possible or not. It's okay to have over/under 40 hours a week as long as the average is 40 over the course of a month.
