Different people said it and you are taking it totally out of the context of the convo, where Palin used the gun sights (scope sights like you would see in a sniper's scope) and "lock and load" and "don't retreat, reload". That's bring a gun to a knife fight BTW...a euphemism (you do know what that is, right?)...at least get it right so you are not totally full of shit. If she would have just used the bullseyes and not the rest, then this discussion wouldn't be happening.
