You are right...I am brain farting the word right... Anyhow...it is different because it was used on its own without any other references to weapons. The bullseyes on targeted disctricts (which in itself is pretty innocent), lock and load and don't retreat...reload where all used in the same context of the same subject. Plus lock and load only refers to one thing...loading a gun with ammunition and making it ready to fire. Don't retreat, reload really can't mean anything else but reloading a firearm.
