Technically, I think that you are only *supposed* to write off the
percentage of your utilities if you are only using the office room as
an office, nothing else.  As Judah said, 100% of things like your
internet may be able to be written off if they can be called
exclusively a "business" thing required for you to live in the home.
You mobile phone may be the same if you use it as a work phone.

I would ask a CPA to make sure what you should do though.  I have been
given significantly different advice by various tax professionals, and
*I* am certainly not qualified to give authoritative answers.
