Technically, I think that you are only *supposed* to write off the percentage of your utilities if you are only using the office room as an office, nothing else. As Judah said, 100% of things like your internet may be able to be written off if they can be called exclusively a "business" thing required for you to live in the home. You mobile phone may be the same if you use it as a work phone. I would ask a CPA to make sure what you should do though. I have been given significantly different advice by various tax professionals, and *I* am certainly not qualified to give authoritative answers. -Cameron ... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:333614 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
