Well, sort of. Wesley Snipes went shopping for a CPA with a specific world-view, "get away with anything you can, and drag it out in the courts if you get caught".
The CPA in question had a long history of getting afoul of the law, but used the delays of paying money to his clients investment benefit. Normal, run of the mill, "blue collar" accountants try NOT to anger the big huge elephant in the room. Big difference.
