After 9/11 the US instituted a number of requirements for banks to verify the identity of anyone opening a bank account. You may have to show up in person, and may be required to show some form of US ID to open the account. I am not sure you have to show up in person at a US branch though. Might be able to find a local bank that has an arrangement with a US bank to open accounts on their behalf. That is just something I would look into, I am not entirely sure it's true. -Cameron ... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:333669 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
