We just had a similar problem with a 5pc office that converted to mac with
2011 and we downgraded outlook to the previous version and problems went
away. Don't know if this helps you or not.

More specifically, those with Outlook 2011 as well (if there are any).

Three words: shoot.me.now.

I have two macs in the office now - unfortunately they belong to the
owners. They bought Office 2011 with them and now we're having fun
times trying to get things to work with our Exchange 2003 server.

I have mail working for them through IMAP. One of them has an iPhone
and *his* calendar synchronizes between the Exchange/Outlook/iPhone.
The other one has a BlackBerry and he doesn't have his calendar or
contacts. I set up a DavMail server and have their iCal pulling
calendar events from there but then I found out that Outlook *does not
sync* with iCal.

I'm working on getting Outlook to work via Citrix (a completely
different problem) but does anyone have suggestions on how I can
provide all the functionality? Thunderbird maybe?

Until Later!
