special interests that operate through corporate entities. the private
citizen has power only to the extent that they can wield the out-sized power
of a corporation. sure the tea party made some noise, but they didn't stop
obamacare and they've now been co-opted by the republican party. code pink
made some noise, too, but they didn't stop iraq or afghanistan. individuals
need more of a voice in how they are governed. how we achieve that, I don't
know. I suggest a constitutional convention as a start.
