Where I live, we are kind of 'natural disaster neutral'. Not a huge
threat to earthquakes, tornadoes are very rare, hurricanes are greatly
weakened by the time they get to us, flooding may happen around us,
but I live at the top of a hill - so if I have to start worrying about
flooding, there are much bigger issues for me to be concerned with.
