Nope. You can't prove that a Black guy with an Arabic name has any positive
or negative effect on the Middle East (as you basically said it).

I rarely if ever trust the British press when it comes to the Middle East.
They lie by omission, commission, bias, and just about every way you can
lie. Especially the BBC. Just look into how they covered the massacre at
Itamar.
