More specifically:

(1.) Cut the top rate from 35 to 30, and make larger cuts for
everything below that.

(2.) Create a new AMT for "the rich". Something like those earning
more than $750k/yr, $1.5M etc and then create a net worth trigger as
well. i.e., everyone below $750K/yr gets a big cut, everyone above
kicks in and the big net worth guys really kick in ... maybe you give
them gov't bonds ... now THAT would be interesting ... kind of a JP
Morgan thing.

(3.) Business in the Fortune 500 pay 35%.

Why? Businesses get customers in exchange for paying more taxes and
the middle class gets confidence. keep in mind - those consumer are
70% of the economy!! If they don't buy your "encourage business" with
all the tax cuts you want and they still go bankrupt.

Again for effect: if deflation starts 70% of the economy collapses.
No buyers. Great, WalMart was "encouraged" with a 50% tax cut. Who's
the buyer? Answer=nobody.

You incent the customers - 35% tax bracket on down - with corporate
cash. Right now that cash is 70% printed money from the Fed and 3
years ago it came from China.

Dude. Call it Robinhood but any other way and you're unemployed
because your company lost all its customers.
