while there isn't a yield sign, you are merging into a lane because your
lane is going to end, therefor you are responsible to proceed when there is
space NOT the other way around, you need to wait until a spot opens up even
if your sitting stopped at the end of that

Same goes for people who like to drive on the other side of the road when
there is a double parked car or something on their lane, they need to wait
until I pass in the un obstructed lane to then proceed to go around the
obstruction.
