Paper. Pencil. Scissors. Tape. Highlighters. Yellow Stickies.

Most people remember (fondly) their elementary school experience with
art and design. At that age, everyone was good, and there was little
fear.

In my experience, using tools they are familiar with and comfortable
with gets by a whole slew of issues.

Also, any technical issues with electronic tools eat time and break
trains of thought. The phrase "hold on, let me try this" kills any
good thought or momentum you have going.

And those tools scale well to as many people as you have.
