Those all look like opinions to me. I may not agree with all of them, but I
think supporting evidence can be offered for all of them. I want to see that
evidence, and weigh it against evidence from dissenting opinions.

True, facts could be in short supply for some of hte points (it's pretty
subjective, for instance, to discuss whether the American people are "wary"
after a decade of two wars).

I saw merit in all the points. Is there a reason you don't even consider
them discussion worthy...?
