I was in San Jose on business in the 80's and went to the SF pier when I had some time
off. It was nice but what I'll never forget
is feeling a bit homesick. As I walked along the pier I saw a sign that said
something like "Joe's Authentic Brooklyn Pizza."
"Wow", says I, "authentic Brooklyn pizza! What's a better cure for being homesick
than that?"

Well, I found out quickly that there was nothing authentic about it. I still have yet
to find any pizza outside of New York that's
any good.

BTW - a Q about funerals - I thought that Jews were buried the same day...if that's
true then how did you get to NY so fast?

Howie
