Depends on the source... Obviously if you live along the Hudson river i wouldn't be drinking from any natural source due to PCB levels. As for Saratoga Springs, the spring water here is full of minerals and nutrients. Some of it tastes like crap, but a cup of it here and there is good for you. We have spouts in Saratoga State Park that spew out the exact same water you get in the bottles and it's free. IF your going with bottled water go with Polar springs, or another springs fed water sources. But even the purest water could possably kill you, like the water they uuse to clean in Micro Chip manufacturing which has been stripped of all minerals. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:341269 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
