Someone has to explain why he went to jail for this?

I mean..shouldn't the schools have just fired him or something.
How is providing a yacht party, nightclub entries, cash, or a house
party to a college kid against the law?
These are all over 18 guys right?
Unethical yes, against the rules of the sport yes, but illegal?
