Doubtful. It would be crime for either to use taxpayer money to pay for a campaign tour. Obama has raised nearly 100 million in campaign donations and would be using that for any campaign trips.
Palin might be doing anything, but hopefully her advisers would not be so dumb as to allow her access to taxpayer money of any kind for a campaign.
