You know there is very little positive evidence that there is any ratiation 
effect, not withstanding one recent study. There has been quite a few long term 
studies of cell phone use, especially in Europe. Generally there has been 
little or no difference in cancer rates between heavy cell phone users and so 
called light users. Neither groups have been found to be different in terms of 
cancer rates compared to non cell users.
