ColdFusion made the list:) Ooops, maybe it's called a theory because it's not a fact? Even Stephen Hawkins recently admitted his theory about black holes is wrong. I noticed even laws don't always survive: Newton's Laws of Motion (which were improved upon by Einstein - while not really proved wrong, the were shown to be not quite right either.
