Well that's a bit different...a web dev company sells services to create
websites, while an engineering firm...engineers things. Two different
industries.

We're talking about health care companies, companies that compete in the
same industry for the same customers....teaming up. That's a bit different.
Capitalism doesn't expressly forbid such cooperation, of course, but it does
have something to say if that cooperation wanders into collusion.
